Craft-Bilt employees are a spirited group with a proud history of giving back to the community. Outreach is focused on a small number of selected projects where our resources can make a significant difference.

Food Drives

Twice a year, the week before Memorial Day and the week before Labor Day, Craft-Bilt holds a Food Drive, and donations are given to a local organization that provides services to families and individuals in need.

SpArc Philadelphia

During the end of year Holiday Season, Craft-Bilt employees are invited to participate in the “Giving Tree”, which benefits the clients of SpArc Philadelphia. SpArc is an organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities and helps them achieve independence through choice, self-determination, inclusion and community connections. Some of SpArc’s program participants live with their families and some live in group homes, but many of them simply cannot afford to purchase gifts for the holidays. For over 30 years, Craft-Bilt employees have stepped in to purchase gifts from a “wish list” provided by SpArc staff. Employees are also invited to travel down to their facility in Philadelphia to deliver the gifts and celebrate the season with the program participants.
